Do I have to sign a lengthy contract?
No. You are only required to sign a month-to-month rental agreement that is automatically renewed each month until you vacate.
Do I need insurance?
We urge you to get protection for your residential or commercial belongings with insurance. We can provide insurance for your possessions through a national company.
How is my unit secured?
In addition to our electronic gate access, we have a state of the art 24 video recording of multiple on-site cameras. All units you rent will be locked with your locks and management will not have possession of your key.
We are planning to enhance our security in 2008 with the installation of individual unit alarms on each door.
Are there any restrictions on the lenght of stay?
One month minimum, month-to-month basis thereafter.
When do I have access to my storage unit?
During very convenient hours, of course! Our daily hours are located at the top-right of every page of our website.
Where are you located?
Buenaventura Self Storage is located at 1051 Buenaventura Boulevard in Kissimmee, FL. Convenient to Florida's Turnpike and almost every location in Kissimmee.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes. We accept several major credit cards, including Mastercard, Visa and American Express.
